To improve the well-being of the community we serve by providing quality, accessible, cost effective and patient centered care especially for the uninsured and underinsured who reside in Miami Dade County. We use the evidence based medical practice in providing care for all. We collaborate with other community partners to advance the well-being of our patients and their families. We are dedicated to the continuous improvement in services provided to decrease health disparities regardless of patient’s ability of pay.
