Miami Dade Florida Community Health Center. Our goal is to be responsive to the needs of the communities it serves, but with continued emphasis on the under-served and those without access to care, regardless of race, economic status, age, sex, sexual orientation, or disability. Homestead Community Health Center serves patients in the residential and commercial Miami Dade / Homestead area.
Our medical providers are highly trained and board certified from many diverse, cross-cultural backgrounds. The care and service they provide is done so in a respectful and comfortable environment where dignity and understanding allow for the patient/client and provider to share information.
We strive to ensure that our services are accessible to people with disabilities. We’ve invested a significant amount of resources to help ensure that our website is made easier to use and more accessible, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.
